The shoes are great but I was a bit disappointed that the pair of laces that were on the shoes had a serious flaw in them and were unusable. Whoever laced them up must have seen that the laces were flawed and really shouldn’t have used them. It was impossible to miss. It’s made me cautious to order from you again sadly.
