Shoes are great! To provide a complete picture, the original shoes received were damaged. Customer services were very helpful and didn’t question the issue. I returned the shoes, replacements were then sent. Customer services were more than helpful and kept me in the loop at every stage. Mistakes can happen but I can’t fault the response I got from customer services.

Lovely trainers but I ordered a men’s uk size 8 but box says they’re women’s trainers which is why I’ve only given 4 stars. They are slightly tight which is probably because of this reason but I can’t just about get away with wearing them
