3.5 weeks from order to delivery. I had no need to contact customer support, so can't speak to communication etc.
The quality needs to be seen, to be believed. The finish is impeccable. Holding them up to my reatil 350s, they are a 99% match. With the remaining 1% being elements inside the shoe, so of no serious concern. I'd struggle to find a visible imperfection on the exterior of the shoe.
I'll definitely be buying again.
