Not true to size at all.. and the Balenciaga lettering on the side is not spaced out correctly. The returns process should be made easier and the customer should not have to pay for returns. Especially if the product is not up to standard.
Ended up keeping a pair of trainer I cannot wear and wasted £165 pounds.

I find hole in the back side I never been wearing them is like the stitch come off and little hole there if you want i make pic for u I’m disappointed
